Use

Apply a generous amount of the cream before sun exposure, ensuring full skin coverage. Approximately 1 tablespoon is needed for a child and 3 tablespoons for an adult. Reapply after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Using less than the recommended amount reduces the level of protection. Sunburn is a serious health risk. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun, especially between 11:00 and 15:00.
