What is the Loyalty Club?

The Loyalty Club "Points & Privileges" is a rewards program for our customers where every purchase in the online store has real monetary value. The more you shop, the higher your bonus—automatic and effortless on your part.

The program operates on the principle of increasing loyalty: as you accumulate points from purchases, you move to a higher tier, which brings bigger rewards on future orders.

💎You register in the online store and automatically join the program.

💎With every purchase you accumulate points according to your level.

💎When you reach the threshold for the next level, you automatically advance there.

💎At a higher level you earn more points for the same amount spent.

💎Points can be used to get a discount on your next order.

Structure of the levels

The program has six levels, named with poetic titles reflecting increasing value and privileges:

Level descriptions

Aura Beginning — Starter Level

Aura Bronze Step — Level 1
When you accumulate 500 points, you reach "Aura Bronze Step" — a level of movement and growth. The bonus increases: spending €350 earns 1,000 points worth €10.

Aura Silver Harmony — Level 2
"Aura Silver Harmony" is a level of sophistication and rarity. At 1,000 accumulated points you unlock significantly more generous bonuses: spending €550 earns 2,000 points worth €20.

• Aura Golden Shine — Level 3 
  The mid-level of the program brings warmth and value. "Aura Golden Shine" is reached with 2,000 points. On a purchase of €650 you earn 3,000 points, equal to a real €30 bonus.

• Aura Platinum Balance — Level 4 
  "Aura Platinum Balance" is a level of shine and high status — for our most active customers. It is reached with 3,000 points. When spending €800 you earn 5,000 points, equal to a real €50 discount.

• Aura Diamond Peak — Level 5 
  The top level of the program is for customers with over €800 total spend and 5,000 points. The reward is maximum: €1,200 spent earns 10,000 points worth €100.

How to use your points?

💎Log in to your profile in the online store.

💎In the "My Points" section you will see your current balance.

💎When placing an order, select "Use points" and specify the desired amount.

💎The amount is automatically deducted from the order total.
